Sand filters are used to remove clay, mud and other inorganic contaminators which cripples the color of water. Residues and particles in the water cause occlusions in machinery and mechanisms,creation of an environment suited for generation of micro organisms and an increase in energy consumption. Through filtration, residues in water and suspended solid substances can be filtered up to 10 µm’b5 level and muddiness can be decreased down to 1 NTU level. Filtration materials consist of graded Quartz, Anthracite and Filter Ag materials. Tank body materials can be chosen to be stainless steel or epoxy-reinforced linear fiber, and vaults can be chosen to be made of stainless steel or PVC.
